Beginner course

Fee: 90 euro (8 lesssons)
Through this course you will get acquianted with princiles of Aikido so as the basic movements and techniques. After completion you will be graded 6e kyu.
You may start Aikido any time of the year, a trial lesson is free. Please wear something easy, such as T-shirts and long jogging-pants. In order to avoid unnecessary injury, neils should be clipped and all the accesories (earings, wathes, etc) should be taken out. No food and drink are allowed on the mats.
